Our order process is very simple. After defining the objective of a given campaign and it's budget, a product is selected. It could be the case that the product is not present on MTO123.com's catalog, which does not mean the product cannot be sourced from China.
Due to ever increasing number of products and suppliers in China, it is possible that the product you want is not yet available in our website. In these cases we encourage you to get in touch with us directly through this page, giving as many specifications about the product you want as possible.
Once we have all the details of the product you want you submit your art, we will get screen shots of the product made and sent over for your approval. Once this is done we will then start the production process and the buyer will forward 30% of the total order to MTO123.com. If a sample is needed we will manufacture it and send it to you until you approve the sample. Once this is done we will go ahead and get the full product batch done.
As the goods are manufactured we will control their quality and, on passing, ship and request the payment for the remaining 70% of the order.
