By submitting your design to Branders.com you guarantee that you are the legal owner of the rights to use the design, be it a statement, logo, illustration, picture or any other intellectual property.
Also, you by all means guarantee that the design does not violates trademarks, copyrights, or contract rights and that you are not a subject to any such infringement and that you are subject to any restriction that would prevent MTO123.com from manufacturing products with said immages, text of illustration in a lawful way.
Further, you agree that in case any suit is brought up to MTO123.com due to a product manufactured with your design, that you will at your expense defend against such claims and indemnify MTO123.com. Costs assessed against MTO123.com, damages and attorney's costs. shall be paid by you.
Security, Information Privacy
To make you feel secure about anything you do with MTO123.com we would like to be very explicit about our Privacy and Security.
On information you send us:
Any information you send us will be exclusively used for the purpose of responding to your requests and assuring your requirements are properly communicated and stored between we and our suppliers and yourself. Our suppliers might have access to the information you send us but they may not use it for other purposes.
About our website:
Every time you visit us we store information about you through a method called "cookies". This is common practice on the web and serves as a faciliator to identify you quickly.
On communicating through e-mail:
By no means your e-mail will be rent, sold. We will only use your e-mail address to communicate with you either pertaining to orders or special offers that might be of your interest. In case you do not want to receive e- mails from MTO123.com, you can uncheck that option your Settings page.

Design and modifications...
At MTO123.com we want to be sure before we manufacture any product that the results will knock your socks off.
For that to happen we need high quality art files.
As part of every single order is included the time of any of our designers to adjust and improve your files, if needed.
Creative services such as logo design, tracing, photo retouching are FREE provided they do not exceed more than one hour.
Our hourly rate for these services is 10 american dollars per hour.
Over runs and under runs...
Because of the way promotional products are manufactured and because of our stringent quality control, it could happen that your order will be shipped with 5% more or less products.
So, in an order of 1,000 usb keys you might receive between 1,050 or 950 of them.
In any case, you will only be billed by items actually shipped.
Payment Options
We accept all Credit Cards through PayPal and PayPal only.
Although the sign up process of PayPal is known to be complex and thorough, by accepting credit cards through PayPal we assure that all your transactions are safe and that transaction costs are minimum.
Further, by using PayPal both MTO123.com and you reduce their risks as no credit card numbers are exchanged.
In addition to PayPal we also accept Bank to Bank Wire Transfer.
If this is your preferred way of payment we would be glad to assist you through email.

How does payment work with MTO123.com?
It's simple. We charge you 30% of the order before production and the rest 70% before the goods get shipped. The 30% threshold might vary from product to product. We will notify you once your order is received.
Please notice that as per our Changes/Cancellations policy, depending on when alterations or a cancellation happens we might need to charge you the full amount of the order.
Getting your products shipped...
We are able to provide a multitude of different shipping options, among them:
-UPS
-DHL
-FedEx
-TNT
-Regular sea freight
We do not deliver to PO boxes, as this is against the regulations of most transportation providers.
If you have your own account with any of these providers, you can inform us the carrier name and account number and we will proceed as per your instructions.
Regular sea freight:
For larger orders that require sea container transportation we will use our own local agents.
As shipping prices vary throughout the year we will send you a quotation separately for this particular mode. This is by far the cheapest although slowest form of transportation.
If you do not specific an account number of the providers above we will then add the transportation cost to your bill.
Please remember to take into account that the total time to receive your items includes the approval, manufacturing and shipping times. If you have requested samples, this must be added to the total time as well.
We are able for orders with multiple items to ship each item with a different transportation provider using a different level of service. Just ask us.
We are not responsible for damage in transit or if the goods are lost when using third party billing. In these unfortunate cases you will need to file a claim with your freight carrier.
If you need us to send parts of your order for different locations we would be glad to assist you as well.
Overall Terms and Conditions
At this stage we do not offer credit.
Our payment terms are 30% of the order upfront and 70% before shipment.
Terms and Conditions
As common in the shipping industry MTO123.com cannot be held accountable for delays due to acts of God (this would be tornados, floods, ...) or other circumstances outside our direct control (such as a strike in the pilots union). The delivery dates mentioned on the site and through e-mail are best estimates and we cannot be liable for damages arising from delays in delivery. However, by all means we will promptly communicate of the possibility of such problems arising to the best of our knowledge.
Legaly we also cannot provide any warranty of fitness for purpose and merchantability for any product.
When are the goods finally yours?
Ownership changes hand once the shipping company recieves the goods if you are using your own account or when the goods are on the port (port here being losely used to represent a point where a transportation provider has the goods in their possession).
MTO123.com goes by the terms in this agreement. Any modification to these terms are only binding with our written consent.
By submitting a purchase order to MTO123.com you agree to all the terms and conditions as set forth by our terms and conditions.
When cancellation happens...
In case your order needs to be cancelled or changed before it starts, we will be glad to help you at no cost.
However, in case production has started cancellation or change fees will be applied.
Normally the charges are related to the set-up of your order. If any change is requested this set-up cost will need to be charged again. Set- up fees are different from product to product and in the unfortunate event the setup fee needs to be charged again, we will notify you.
If production has begun however we will unfortunately need to charge you the full order (without the shipment, in case you will not need to ship the goods).
Returning goods...
At MTO123.com we want to be sure you are satisfied with your order. You have our guarantee that any orders that you are not satisfied with will be taken back within 30 days of your purchase arrival.
Please contact returns@mto123.com if you need to return goods. This e-mail address will instruct you on how and where to ship your goods to.
Please be noted that to proceed with a refund we require return and inspection of all the merchandise. Once that is done we will give you a credit coupon with 110% of the value of your purchase.
If you need samples...
Samples are a great way to assure your order will be manufactured exactly like you want it to.
Once you place an order you can request a sample. If that is the case we will send you a sample with your custom imprint and ship it over to you. We will halt production until you receive and approve the sample.
Depending on the product you order the sample will need to be paid for due to set-up costs. We will notify you in the email you used to create your account and place your order.
Satisfaction...
We want you to be thoroughly satisfied with anything you buy from MTO123.com. We spend a lot of time selecting only the best factories in Asia to assure the products you get are outstanding. If you are not satisfied with your order we will replace, refund or credit you for your order. (Please note that refunds require merchandise return and inspection). Please notify us on returns@mto123.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Your feedback is always welcome and encouraged. Please don't hesitate to submit your feedback and perception about our service (occasionally feedback is rewarded with coupon credits , at our discretion).
Minimum orders...
Depending on the product and the technology required to manufacture a product minimum quantities vary. As we are in direct touch with promotional products factories (instead of distributors) we are able to give you the best rates on the entire Internet, but that comes, at times, with a slightly higher minimum quantity order. In any case if you need less products than our minimum quantity order we might be able to accomodate your need, however that normally that incurr in a higher price per product related to costs inherent to the production process. By all means please do ask us about it at info@mto123.com.
Rush orders...
In case you need products in a hurry we might be able to help depending on the product. Normally hush orders incurr in additional fees. The reason for such is that factories will need to change their order schedule and that normally leads to added costs throughout the production chain. By any means if you need hush orders please contact us at rush@mto123.com and we will promptly notify you of the availability of rush orders for the specific product you selected.
In case your art needs work...
Color:
In our experience (and probably yours) getting your color right is one of the most tricky parts of any order. Ideally any color information you send us includes a Pantone color code. If you do not need completely exact colors an RGB indication will be sufficient.
Decoration methods
Each product has its own decoration methods and we will show in the product description page which method is available to you.
How to upload your files...
In every product information page you can find a button that takes you to a "Upload your art" page where you can submit any files needed to complete your order.
File formats
We can receive data in a multitude of formats. Preferrably .EPS or .AI files will work best. Files such as .PNG, .TIF, .BMP and .JPG can also be used, although depending on the resolution of these files we might need to work on them before manufacturing your products. We recommend your artwork to be at least 500 x 500 pixels in size.
